Oven Baked Pork Chops

- 6 Thick cut pork chops
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 4 tbsp packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 375℉.
In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Arrange pork chops in a single layer on baking sheet and rub them down with the olive oil, coating both sides.
Sprinkle seasoning blend on both sides of pork chops.
Bake for ~40 minutes or until the chops reach an internal temperature of 145℉.
For maximum flavor, allow the meat to rest for 3-5 on the baking sheet before serving. This will allow them to reabsorb most of the juice they released while cooking.
